I am a Personal Lines Account Manager and CSR, responsible for servicing existing client policies, analyzing renewals, and building strong, long‑lasting client relationships. I have been with the company for more than two years and bring over a decade of insurance industry experience.

My background includes working as a Personal Lines Underwriter at Auto‑Owners, supporting Insurtech development for a commercial comparative rater, and serving in roles at multiple independent agencies. I am proud to hold the AINS designation and to be a graduate of the Dale Carnegie program—accomplishments that have strengthened both my technical knowledge and my communication skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling the world whenever I can, spending time with my sister’s cat Liam, and exploring new spots in Detroit. A fun fact about me: I once kayaked into the Bermuda Triangle.
