Heleena Parks

Hi, I’m Heleena. I’ve been part of Action Insurance since 2009, and one of my favorite parts of my job is teaching people about the importance of insurance. I live in Oxford and truly enjoy being part of a small‑town community.

With my Property and Casualty license, I help customers with their questions and work to find the coverage that fits their needs best. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in administrative support, account management, and sales, giving me a well‑rounded understanding of the industry and the clients we serve.

Outside of work, my kids keep me busy with their sports, and I also have two dogs who add plenty of energy to my home. I love to travel whenever I can—it’s one of my favorite ways to unwind and experience new places.
