Heleena Parks

Hi, I’m Heleena! I’ve been part of the Action Insurance team since 2009, and one of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping people understand the importance of insurance and how it protects what matters most. I take pride in building relationships with our clients and helping them find coverage that fits their unique needs.

 As a licensed Property & Casualty Agent, I assist customers with everything from answering coverage questions to reviewing policies and finding the right insurance solutions. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in administrative support, account management, and sales, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both the industry and the clients we serve.

 I live in Oxford and love being part of a small-town community. Outside of work, my husband and I stay busy with our two children and their sports activities. We also have two energetic dogs that keep life interesting! When we have the opportunity, we enjoy traveling and making memories with family and friends. In the winter, you’ll often find us enjoying Michigan’s ski slopes, and during the summer we love spending time up north, taking advantage of everything a Northern Michigan vacation has to offer.
