Heleena Parks

Hey there, I’m Heleena. I’ve been with Action Insurance since 2009, and I love teaching people about the importance of insurance. I live in Oxford, and I really enjoy being part of a small town community. With my property and casualty license, I get to help customers with any questions they have and find the best coverage for their needs. Throughout the years, I’ve done administrative support, account management, and sales. Outside of work, my kids keep me busy with their sports, and I also have 2 dogs. Traveling is something I really love to do.
