Holly Rossell

With a background in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University and a career that has steadily grown within the insurance industry, I now serve as President of Action Insurance Service, Inc., and the parent company of Community Insurance Center. As a family‑owned, multi‑agency operation serving Utica, Oxford, and the surrounding areas, our work is driven by a commitment to leadership, collaboration, and supporting our clients and community with care and integrity.

Throughout my time at Action Insurance—including my role as VP of Operations—I have overseen HR, accounting, operations, carrier relations, IT, and marketing. I’ve also helped guide our agency through multiple acquisitions and supported its ongoing growth and modernization.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Tim, and our Newfoundland, Mattie. I also love exploring the world through travel and outdoor adventures, finding inspiration and balance in new places and experiences.
