I began my professional career as an accountant and tax preparer before transitioning into the insurance industry in 1994. I was drawn to the field for its flexibility—allowing me to be present for my kids’ sporting events—and for the opportunity to directly connect hard work with meaningful success.
Before becoming a partner with Cardamone Insurance, I owned my own agency and later spent five years as an Employee Benefits Manager at a local insurance firm. I take pride in helping clients find financial solutions that fit their goals and identifying ways for them to reduce insurance costs without sacrificing protection.
