Mike started his professional career as an accountant and tax preparer, but has been working in insurance since 1994. He made the switch because he liked the flexible work schedules so he could see his kids play sports, and the opportunity to work hard for more success.
Before becoming a partner with Cardamone Insurance, Mike had his own agency, and then worked for five years as an employee benefits manager at a local insurance agency. His favorite part of his job is to find financial solutions for his clients, and helping them discover ways to pay less for their insurance.
“There’s a pride in knowing people trust me enough to implement my insurance recommendations,” Mike said.
Mike and his wife have been married for more than 23 years, and they have two kids in college.
