I have more than 10 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, with expertise in account management, customer service, policy placement, new business, and rewrites. My passion is helping clients find insurance solutions that provide the right balance of coverage, protection, and value.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Life Education from Spring Arbor University and maintain both Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses. Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with insurance carriers and clients alike, including serving as a Personal Lines Marketing Manager at a previous agency.
At Action Insurance Service, I focus on Personal Lines new business and rewrites, ensuring quotes are accurate, coverage recommendations are thorough, and clients receive personalized solutions that meet their needs. I am passionate about improving processes, creating efficiencies, and continuing to grow my career in the insurance industry.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two sons, ages 20 and 16. We love visiting Disney World and are always excited to plan our next trip. I am also an animal lover, especially when it comes to cats.
Fun Fact: Before beginning my insurance career, I taught preschool and Pre-K for seven years.
