Peggy Goral

Hi there! I’m Peggy Goral, and I’ve been a licensed personal lines account manager at Action Insurance Service for 12 wonderful years. With 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve worked with Allstate, MEEMIC, and now with an independent agency representing multiple insurance carriers.

In my role, I love working with clients to build relationships and develop their accounts. Whether it’s handling routine issues or more complex ones, I’m here to answer any questions about coverage, premiums, policy changes, or billing changes. I also assist with claims and consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals. Ensuring that clients receive exemplary service is always my top priority.

I hold a State of MI Insurance License as a “Resident Producer” and “Solicitor,” and I also have an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts for Interior Design. On a personal note, I’m an avid reader and enjoy both novels and non-fiction. One of my favorite activities is displaced forest camping in northern Michigan with my husband and family. I’m also the proud grandma to three lovely girls aged 11, 9, and 1, and have two adult sons and two adult step-daughters.
