Peggy Goral

Hi there! I’m Peggy Goral, and I’ve been a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager at Action Insurance Service for 15 wonderful years. With 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Allstate, MEEMIC, and now with an independent agency representing multiple insurance carriers.

In my role, I truly enjoy building relationships with clients and helping develop their accounts. Whether I’m handling routine questions or more complex issues, I’m always here to assist with coverage inquiries, premiums, policy or billing changes, claims support, and consulting with clients through the quoting and renewal processes. Providing exemplary service is—and always will be—my top priority.

I hold a State of Michigan Insurance License as both a Resident Producer and Solicitor. I also have an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts for Interior Design.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and enjoy both novels and non‑fiction. One of my favorite pastimes is displaced forest camping in northern Michigan with my husband and family. I’m also the proud grandmother of three lovely girls, and I have two adult sons and two adult step‑daughters who bring even more joy to my life.
