I grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Michigan after graduating from college, beginning my career in industrial model building. That hands‑on technical work gave me a strong foundation in engineering principles, precision, and problem‑solving.
I later transitioned into engineering process consulting in Holland, Michigan, where I focused on improving workflows and operational efficiency for manufacturing and engineering teams. This role strengthened my ability to analyze complex systems and develop structured, process‑driven solutions.
Since 2014, I’ve been working in the insurance industry as an Operations and Compliance Manager. In this position, I’ve combined my technical background with leadership and regulatory expertise to guide compliance initiatives, streamline operations, and support organizational strategy.
My experience in technology and software implementation continues to shape how I approach challenges. I’m passionate about using modern tools, systems, and processes to keep our company on the cutting edge of technology and ensure we’re always moving forward.
